What is a RITUALI membership, how much does it cost, and what is the cancellation policy?

While RITUALI is free to use, RITUALI Members get exclusive discounts on every session and additional perks like priority booking with in-demand practitioners. The price for a monthly membership is $19 and you may cancel your membership anytime.

Does my RITUALI membership cover the cost of services with RITUALI practitioners?

RITUALI Practitioners operate independently, and you will pay them directly at the time of service. However, your RITUALI Membership provides access to discounts of up to 25% off your services. Just show your digital membership card to your practitioner at time of service/checkout for your exclusive discount.

What if I need to cancel or miss my appointment?

To respect our practitioners' time, please cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. (Be sure to check with your practitioners directly, as some might require more notice.) Missed appointments or cancellations within their stated window may result in being charged the full amount of the session. We appreciate your understanding.
