RITUALI members unlock exclusive discounted rates. 

How does the RITUALI Concierge work?

Our concierge combines technology with human insight to translate your goals into personalized recommendations – guidance that is intelligent, personal, and trustworthy. Instead of time-consuming research and sifting through endless profiles, you’ll receive curated practitioner matches and service suggestions that align with your preferences, location, and wellness needs.

Who are RITUALI practitioners?

Our network is intentional by design—referral-based, invite-only, and personally interviewed—ensuring every practitioner embodies mastery, integrity, and care in their practice. We partner exclusively with highly specialized and deeply qualified professionals: the kind of practitioners you trust, rave about, and recommend to friends.

What services are available through RITUALI?

Our network of practitioners covers a wide range of one-on-one modalities. They offer services across all wellness categories including fitness, nutrition, bodywork, therapy, coaching, energy work, and more. 

Sessions can be in person or virtual, designed entirely around you. 

How much does a RITUALI Membership cost and what’s included?

For $19/mo RITUALI members unlock exclusive benefits—including discounted rates on every session, priority access to in-demand practitioners, and invitations to community experiences. You may cancel anytime.

How do member discounts work?

We negotiate the lowest possible rates, forgo commission, and extend these rates directly to our Members. We ask for your discretion in referencing these exclusive rates to anyone outside of the RITUALI Community.

As a Member, you receive up to 25% off each and every session. Simply show your digital RITUALI Membership Card to your practitioner to receive your preferred pricing. RITUALI Practitioners operate independently, and you’ll pay them directly for their services. 

What if I was charged the full rate as a member?

Your membership card has your name and date to show active membership. Make sure to book under your name and maintain an active membership through RITUALI to continue to access your discounts. Show an active membership card to your practitioner and they will be sure to correct your rate. If you have any additional questions you can contact: support@ritualiwell.com.

What if I’m not a Member? Can I still book?

Yes! Non-members are always welcome to use the concierge and work with any RITUALI practitioner at their standard rate. Becoming a Member simply gives you access to preferred pricing.

What if I’m not sure which service to try?

No problem — that’s what we’re here for. Simply chat with the RITUALI Wellness Concierge, share your goals or areas of focus, and we’ll guide you toward the services and practitioners that align with your needs. 

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

To respect your practitioner’s time, we recommend you always cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Be sure to check with your practitioners directly, as they might require more advanced notice. Missed appointments or cancellations within their stated window may result in being charged the full amount of the session. 

Can I book virtual sessions?

Yes. Many RITUALI practitioners offer virtual care for convenience and accessibility.
When chatting with your concierge, simply indicate whether you prefer in-person or virtual sessions, and we’ll match you accordingly.

Where is RITUALI available?

RITUALI currently offers in-person sessions in select cities and virtual sessions nationwide.

Are RITUALI services covered by insurance?

We believe the best experience starts outside the constraints of traditional reimbursement. The top practitioners in our network want to deliver the most personalized, effective care — not be limited by reimbursement codes that dictate session length or treatment approach. Maintaining that integrity of care is central to RITUALI’s standards. Sessions are paid directly to the practitioner. Some practitioners may accept certain insurance plans or provide superbills for clients seeking reimbursement, or flexible spending or health savings accounts (FSA/HSA). Please check directly with your practitioner.

Can I nominate a practitioner to be part of RITUALI?

Absolutely. We love connecting with exceptional wellness professionals who align with RITUALI’s mission. If you know someone who embodies our approach to holistic care, nominate them here. Our team reviews every submission as part of our referral and vetting process to ensure each practitioner meets our standards of skill, integrity, and care.
